What are Emotional Care Formulas?
They are Kaliana's proprietary combinations of natural ingredients to help both adults and children feel calmer, happier and less stressed…often almost instantly. They help provide you and your family the power to improve the way you feel…naturally.

How do Kaliana's Formulas work? 
Have you ever noticed how much better you feel after a walk in nature? While walking, you actually absorb hundreds of uplifting energies from nature. These energies act to support your emotions and thereby reduce stress. Each Kaliana Formula is a powerful, unique combination of these energy nutrients.

How soon will I feel them working?
Each individual is different. Many people notice a difference almost instantly; other people take longer. We believe the products all provide essential energies that support your emotional body the same way that vitamins support your physical body. My experience has been, the more depleted or off center you are, the more quickly you tend to feel them. Then, once your body has restored any deficiencies, you might not feel them at all...and that is when more subtle improvements seem to occur over time.

How do I know which Emotional Care Formula to choose?
Each Formula targets different needs. You can choose your Formula by its name or purpose. However, because art naturally speaks to our emotions, try selecting your favorite illustrations. The artwork has been specially designed to help guide a child or adult to the Formula that might benefit them most. You may be drawn to more than one. You can use as many as you like.

Why do some people choose based on the picture or name? 
Although each Formula was developed by request to help with certain issues, we always hear stories of how they seem to help in many additional circumstances. Over time we have found that people’s inner voice often tells them which Formula they need most. Choosing by the artwork allows your inner healer to direct you to your next layer of healing – which may not be what you think.

What if I like an illustration that doesn't make sense?
Trust yourself. Artwork is emotional, not logical - and we are working with emotions. The illustrations were designed intentionally to speak to your inner healer. Go with what you feel drawn to - whether or not it makes sense to you. The only exception would be if you don't like the aroma...and that is only because if you do not like it, you won't enjoy using it...and we are here to make you happy! Most people tend to love the Formula they pick. The simplest answer is - if you like it use it. If you don't like it, don't use it.

Can I use several different Kaliana products together?
Absolutely! All the products complement the effectiveness of each other. We recommend using several products if you want deeper results.

What if I can't decide between Formulas?
You may need more than one. Feel free to mix and match formulas and products to your hearts content. Because they all help you feel better naturally, you can't make a mistake. If cost is a concern, ask a friend to help you decide. You can also schedule a personal consultation with Kaliana ($35 per 15 minutes).

How often to I need to take them?
Each individual is unique. We recommend using them several times throughout the day. Usually the more stress you are under, the more often you tend to need them. Some days you may need to use them more often, some days you may need less. Just as your physical body needs physical nutrients, your emotional body needs energetic nutrients. Stress and fatigue rapidly use up the trace energetic nutrients in your body. So when your stress or tiredness is greater, you will want to use more products.

Note: After using our Formulas for a while, you may not feel them working the same way you did at first. Your body becomes more efficient at handling stress as your energy nutrient levels are replenished. It is important that you continue using the products, to consistently replenish the trace energy nutrients.

What is the benefit of using more than one product at a time?
Emotions are very complex. Using several different products together helps address the many facets that contribute to your emotional well-being.

Are your products all natural?
Yes. Each Formula was developed when Kaliana's children were toddlers, so purity, quality, and safety has always been crucial. It’s not enough that they be all natural, each ingredient is specifically selected for its ability to support the healing process.  Organic is always our preference, and most of our products are a minimum of 93% organic/wild. You can always count on us to select premium quality, 100% natural.

Your Supplements taste sweet... is there any honey or sugar in them?
No, the Kosher vegetable (plant) glycerin just naturally tastes sweet. It is commonly used in low-carb products to give a sweet taste without the sugar effects. It is also a natural stabilizer and preservative so our supplements are alcohol-free. There are different opinions as to whether or not it affects blood sugar. Check with your doctor if you have a health issue or any concerns.

Those Pocket Essential® Concentrates are so small, do they last very long?
Yes, these actually seem to last forever. There are about 1000 doses in that little tiny bottle! We have children who use them every day at school, and 1 vial often lasts the entire year.

What is the difference between the 'First 6' and the 'Second 6' Formulas?
That is how we divided the Formulas that come in our Sets. We divided them alphabetically into 2 sets to keep them affordable and easily transportable. ...Set #1 includes: Angel’s Heart™, Baby Blessings™, Breath of Heaven®, Dance with the Fairies™, Divine Mates™, Grace of God®,  ..Set #2 includes: Present Moment™, See the Light™, Soul Retrieval™, To Thine Own Self Be True™, Vision of Truth™, Wings of a Child®.

Can I use these if I’m pregnant?
First, always check with your physician. He/she is the expert on your pregnancy. Second, even when your doctor ok's them, I believe that the body speaks to us – especially during pregnancy. So, if you do not like a product at a particular time for any reason, do not use it. The products are fabulous for supporting emotions and during transition periods in life.

Can I use these products with my children?
Yes, children tend to respond quickly. I think because they don't have all the mental stuff that gets in the way. I will always value that the children are reason these products came into existence (see Meet Kaliana) and were originally developed when my own children were toddlers. It is important to me that every blend I make is safe, supportive and empowering of the children's healing process.

How do I choose products for my children?
First of all, as their parent you have inside you a natural instinct for what is best for them. So trust yourself. Secondly, as long as they are old enough to point to a picture, they can tell you which one they need (children are naturally intuitive). Just ask them, "Which one of these would support you the most?" You can also make the question more specific, like "Which one of these would help you most while at school?", or "while you are studying?" or "while you are at Grandma's" etc, etc.

Can I use these products with my pets?
Yes, animals respond beautifully to the products. Just be conscious of your pets' personal preferences. The sound of the Fast-Acting Mists might scare some pets so you might want to spray the room or their bedding when they are not close by. Many people like to put a little of the Serums or Pocket Essential™ Concentrates just behind their pets nose or ears. We even know of some pets that pick their favorite Formulas from the set box each day.

Can I use these products if I am taking other homeopathic remedies?
Yes. They have been blended to help support the effects of other healing methods. You may find that your other remedies work more quickly than usual.

How are these different than Bach Flower Remedies?
If you understand Flower Essences, then you have a good basic grasp on how my Formulas work. There are two main differences between my products and Flower Essences. First, with Flower Essences you must know what your issue is and then know which essence is best to support it. With my Formulas, you don’t need to know what your issue is, the artwork does all the ‘work’ for you. Second, Flower Essences are specifically going after one or two underlying challenges. My Formulas are more like a multi-vitamin for your emotions; they seem to address many issues at once. If you have used flower essences, I highly recommend you give my products a try. Most practitioners are amazed at how quickly, gently and powerfully they feel them working. It’s almost instantaneous.

What about ADD and ADHD?
I believe that the people who have ADD and ADHD are actually some of the most brilliant on the planet. Their brains just move a lot faster than the rest of us. I feel they possess superior abilities in the areas of art, music, math and science. In the meanwhile, I feel that they help us achieve the changes that need to be made in our society in order to accommodate such creative genius. In regards to the use of our products, I feel they are deeply supportive. We have many success stories to share.

My son is autistic. Will these products help him?
I can't tell you that. I can tell you that Occupational Therapists use our products daily with children and see wonderful results. Each soul is in charge of its own healing process, and when and if that soul chooses to recover is unknown to the rest of us. My intuition says that autism is a neurological challenge where the frequencies are mis-firing; the important part of that sentence is the word "mis". It is not that the signals are not being sent, it is just that they are not being properly directed or received. As with the individuals with ADD and ADHD, I believe autistic individuals are incredibly talented and that their genius lies waiting to be revealed. I feel our products are richly supportive.

What about Indigo Children?
I believe the indigo children are one of the main reasons these products came into existence. I personally feel that every indigo child needs these products every day, just as we need vitamins. The indigo children are here to help create a planet of peace. In my experience, the supportive energies contained within these formulas help them adjust, adapt and grow stronger in their knowing. I feel that these Formulas help stabilize and strengthen their inner being and what is necessary to help them carry out their Divine purposes.

Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not do any animal testing. We love animals and we all use them with our pets. I always carefully hand-select the finest 100% natural ingredients from around the world to give the best support to you and the ones you love.
